God has burdened the hearts of many at Sandia Nazarene to reach out to the students of the University of New Mexico. Reaching out to collage students can seem to be an over whelming task. Collage students have more choices today then ever, but the message of holiness is rarely one of them. Tattoo’s and body piercing are more common then Bibles. Movies, music and pornography are rampant, but prayer is absent. Drinking, drugs and sex are seen as rights of passage, but having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is a fool’s errand. Tolerance and relativism are taught and accepted, but the word of gad is ignored. Just as the Christian Missionaries have traveled the world to bring the message of Jesus Christ to the lost, Sandia Nazarene is committed to being Missionaries to the students of UNM. NEXT
